Using this website
This website is published by Blueprint Automation Systems ("BAS," "we," "us"). By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and in good faith. The content on this site, copy, images, design, belongs to BAS and is provided for informational purposes. You're welcome to link to it and reference it. You're not permitted to republish substantial portions of it as your own.
The "should you" call
The free "should you" call is exactly what it sounds like: a free, no-obligation conversation about your business. We may decline to schedule a call if there isn't a reasonable fit. Booking a call doesn't create a client relationship, that begins only when a written engagement is signed by both parties.
Engagements
Any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement that covers scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, intellectual property, and warranties. Nothing on this website creates a contract or obligates BAS to deliver work absent that agreement.
Third-party tools and services
We frequently recommend third-party tools (CRMs, voice agents, scheduling software, etc.). We don't control those tools and aren't responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or terms of service. Where useful we'll point you toward the tool that fits your situation, but the relationship with that vendor is yours.
Limitation of liability
This website and any informational content here is provided "as is." We do our best to keep information accurate, but we don't warrant that it will be error-free or current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAS isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any free content we publish.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to active clients through their engagement contact.
